We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with 12 years of experience for the Database/Business Intelligence team at the European External Action Service (EEAS).
About this IT position
Tasks
- Collect business requirements
- Analyse user requirements and design Business Intelligence solutions
- Design and development of online analytical data processing (OLAP)
- Creation and maintenance of datawarehouse
- Design, develop and test data integration/ETL processes
- Development of data mining solutions
- Design and development of reporting applications
- Writing of technical documentation
- Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system
- Participation in meetings with the project teams
Skills required
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with 12 years of experience for the Database/Business Intelligence team at the European External Action Service (EEAS).
Knowledge and skills
- Excellent knowledge and proven expertise in Business Intelligence, data warehouse modelling techniques and ETL
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Relational Database Management Systems applied to data warehouse
- Business intelligence reporting tools
- Good experience with Business Objects XI and Qlik products (e.g. Qlikview, Qlik Sense)
- Database. Ability to work with Oracle RDBMS and to query in native SQL language, build PL/SQL packages as well as to make full use of PL/SQL Developer
English. Ability to write/speak/understand English (Level C min.), French is an asset
