About this IT position

eu-LISA is the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice, that has the responsibility to manage and support all the IT infrastructure, develop new applications and guarantee the IT security of the European Parliament and Council of Europe.

The IT challenge

As a IT Quality Consultant your responsibilities will be:
• Ensure that all processes related to Quality management are set up and maintained;
• Maintain all documentation related to quality management;
• Support the transition sector and the internal stakeholders on issues related to quality management on documentation;
• Providing support on release and change management quality reviews and transition to Operations;
• Carrying out quality audits and IT processes quality assessments.• Quality Webpage SharePoint maintenance:
• Update & maintain at the proper quality level the SharePoint webpages with all new & revised documents for each manual as well as other related items• Maintenance of Quality Manuals/Policies and procedures
• Quality Assessment Duties:
• Perform regularly quality assessments
• Ensure compliance with all company policies & procedures

Skills required

• Proof read communication, documents, draft emails, … etc. as needed
• Maintain high level of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to create professional documents and emails
• Run reports & handle special projects as assigned
• Perform Quality related duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager

Salary and Conditions

Location: Strasbourg, FR

Salary up to: 330€/day

Important note:
- The salary/daily rates presented are the maximum as a freelancer when meeting all criteria.
- French permanent employment contract is also one option, with salaries around 2200-2500€ (net value after all taxes), when meeting all criteria. Feel free to send us a message to know how much you could get precisely.
- You will be hired by an IT consulting company that has a contract with the eu-LISA, your services will be outsourced to the eu-LISA.
