If you can’t remember your Sprint CV password, you don’t need to contact support to get back in. The reset flow takes four steps, and each screen tells you exactly what to do next.

Click “Forgot your password?”
On the login page, click the highlighted “Forgot your password?” link, just below the Login button.
Enter your email and request the reset link
Enter your email address and solve the captcha, then click Send Instructions.
Open the reset email
Head over to your email, open the message from Sprint CV, and click the link that says “here”.
What if I don’t see the reset email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, go back to the login page and request the link again.
Choose your new password
On the final screen, choose and retype your new password. Once you’ve typed it in, click “Change My Password” and you’ll be logged in.

How long is the password reset link valid for?
Use it as soon as you receive it. If the link has expired by the time you click it, go back to the login page and request a new one.
Do I need to remember my old password to reset it?
No. The reset flow only needs your email address to send you a new link.
What if I don’t receive the reset email?
Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, go back to the login page and click “Forgot your password?” again to request a new link.
