AI Prompt Profile in Sprint CV

How to Create and Use an AI Prompt Profile

Summarize this post with AI

AI Prompt Profiles let you configure how the AI behaves for a specific workflow, instead of running the same default behavior every time. One prompt profile might parse a CV’s content with barely any changes. Another might prepare interview notes, or tailor a profile to a job description. This tutorial walks through creating a AI Prompt Profile that migrates CVs from DIGIT-TM II template to DIGIT-TM III without rewriting the content, as an example you can adapt to your own workflow.

Create a new AI Prompt Profile

Go to Company Settings and click “AI Review.” Open “Add AI Prompt Profile”.

Fill in the prompt fields

Name it, for example “DIGIT-TM II Parser”, and fill in the prompt fields. Each one tells the AI what to do with that section for that specific workflow. For a migration profile like this one, that means extracting the content exactly as written, without rewriting it. For a different workflow, the same fields could instead tell the AI to prepare interview notes, tailor a profile to a job description, or anything else your company needs.

What do the prompt fields actually do?

Each one tells the AI exactly what to do with that section of the CV for the workflow you’re configuring. That can mean copying the content across without rewriting it, as in this migration example, or something entirely different.

Save your prompt profile

Once you’re done, click “Save.” The prompt profile is now ready to use.

Use it when adding a new consultant

Click “Add a New Consultant” and fill in the consultant’s details as usual. On the AI Prompt Profile dropdown, choose the prompt profile you need. Next, check “Generate CV,” choose the output template and a file format. Upload the consultant’s existing CV. Finally, click “Create Account.”

Can I generate a CV at the same time?

Yes, check “Generate CV,” then choose the output template and file format before creating the account.

What happens next

The AI reads the file using your prompt profile, and builds the consultant’s profile with the summary, projects and skills exactly as you prompted it. At the same time, it generates a ready CV in the template you chose.
