How to Translate a Consultant Profile in Sprint CV

Summarize this post with AI

Submitting a CV in the right language often decides whether it gets read. Sprint CV can translate a consultant’s profile with AI, and generate the CV in that language at the same time. There are two ways to start: from AI Options, or from Profile Manager, both lead to the same result.

Prefer to watch instead of read? Here’s the full walkthrough with two methods:

Method 1: Open AI Options on the profile

Head over to AI Options on the consultant’s profile, then click the AI Translate tab.

Do I have to generate a CV when translating a profile?

No. Checking “Generate CV” is optional, you can translate the profile without producing a CV if you prefer.

Click Translate and check your email

Once everything is set, click “AI Translate.” You’ll receive an email with a link to the translated profile in the language you chose. Click the link to open the interface and see the result. If you opted to generate a CV, you’ll also receive a separate email with the generated CV in that language.

Method 2: Translate from Profile Manager

To translate a profile from Profile Manager, click the orange icon at the top of the consultant’s profile, or open the “Main profile” dropdown and select “Manage profiles”.

Does this overwrite the original profile?

No. Profile Manager creates a separate new profile in the chosen language, the original stays untouched.
