Summarize this post with AI

If you’re a consultant asked to review your own profile before it goes out to a client, this guide walks through every section, what to check, and how to mark it as ready.

Check for flagged issues

When you open your profile, the system automatically flags any issues based on your company’s guidelines. Click “Show” on a warning to go directly to the section that needs attention. For example, if your CV summary is too short, you’ll be prompted to expand it.

Review and edit your CV summary

Edit the summary manually, write your own prompt, or use the standard prompt defined by your company. The AI Assistant generates a revised summary based on your experience and CV content. Click “Save” once you’re happy with it.

Do I have to use AI to fix my summary?

No, you can edit it manually, or use a custom or company-standard prompt with AI Assistant.

Review your personal profile fields

To the left of the dashboard, you’ll find your personal profile section. Click the pencil icon to edit these fields. You don’t need to complete role, area, service line, practice or location, as these are updated weekly through your company’s HR tools.

Why can’t I edit fields like role or location?

Those fields sync automatically from your company’s HR tools on a weekly basis, so they don’t need manual review.

Review your education details

Click the pencil icon to review your education. Make sure institution names, course titles and dates are correct. You can upload your diplomas in PDF or Word format, or click “Add Education” to create a new entry yourself.

Review your certifications and training

Check the dates and issuing institutions on each certification, and upload your certificates where available. Click “Add Training” to add a new certification or training.

Review your professional experience

Under professional experience, verify all details of your past roles. Each entry includes a general description and a section for tasks and responsibilities. Rewrite these manually, use a custom prompt, or use your company’s standard prompt with AI Assistant.

Each role also includes a technology stack. Add or remove individual skills, or add several at once. If you change the stack, regenerate the summary and responsibilities with AI Assistant so they reflect the updated technologies.

What happens if I change the tech stack on an experience?

You should regenerate the summary and responsibilities using AI Assistant, so they reflect the updated technologies.

Repeat this for each professional experience. Once a section has been reviewed, it collapses to show it’s complete. To add a new experience, click “Add Experience,” enter the required information, and optionally use auto-detect to identify relevant technologies for the tech stack.

How do I know a section is done?

It collapses automatically once it’s been reviewed, so you can see at a glance what’s left.

Validate your profile

Once you’ve completed your review and resolved all warnings, click “Validate Profile.” This notifies your manager that your profile has been reviewed and is ready.
