Instead of manually rewriting a profile for every opportunity, AI Job builds a version tailored to a specific job description, with a matching CV generated at the same time.

Open AI Options and click “AI Job”
Click AI Options on the consultant’s profile. On the new window, click “AI Job.”
Paste the job description
Paste the job description or job listing.
Generate a CV at the same time (optional)
You can also choose to generate a CV by checking the box. Then choose the template and the output format.
Do I have to generate a CV at the same time?
No, checking the box is optional. You can create the tailored profile without generating a CV if you prefer.
Click “AI Job” to run
When you’re done, click “AI Job.”
Open the new profile from your email
If the profile is too large, you’ll receive an email with a link to the new profile. Click the link and you’ll see it under Profile Manager, with new information tailored to the job listing.

In Profile Manager, either directly or through the link in the email if the profile was too large to open right away.
Receive your tailored CV
You’ll also receive a new tailored CV in the output format you chose, matched to the job offer you pasted in the first step.
