Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Business Objects Developer is needed to join a project at European Commission.

The IT challenge

- Collect business requirements
- Analyse user requirements and design Business Intelligence solutions
- Design and development of online analytical data processing (OLAP)
- Creation and maintenance of datawarehouse
- Design, develop and test data integration/ETL processes
- Development of data mining solutions
- Design and development of reporting applications
- Writing of technical documentation
- Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system
- Participation in meetings with the project teams

Skills required

- Excellent knowledge and proven expertise in Business Intelligence, data warehouse modelling techniques and ETL
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment o Relational Database Management Systems applied to data warehouse
- Business intelligence reporting tools
- Good experience with Business Objects XI and Qlik products (e.g. Qlikview, Qlik Sense)
- Ability to work with Oracle RDBMS and to query in native SQL language, build PL/SQL packages as well as to make full use of PL/SQL Developer
- Ability to write/speak/understand English (Level C min.), French is an asset
